1. Eligibility for Exchange:
Unworn: We accept exchanges only for items that have not been worn.
Original Ticket/Tag: The item must have the original ticket or tag still attached to it.
Unwashed Items: The item must not be washed. It should be in the same condition as when it was purchased.
